Marion County Inmate Population is a private reference site, not a sheriff's office, jail, court, or records desk. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person, post bond, schedule visitation, or retrieve an official booking record. Use the official office that holds the record for those actions.

Official Marion Contacts

Sheriff Berkley Hall's office is the local starting point for Marion County law-enforcement records and jail routing. The general contact form on the sheriff's website is not the public-records request process. The sheriff records page says reports are generally available after 72 hours, incident reports are free to people with a right to receive them, crash reports cost $15, and public-records request forms must be completed and sent by U.S. Mail. Mississippi's Public Records Act, Title 25 Chapter 61, includes the public-records definition and fee rules, and local costs may be charged based on staff time spent researching and gathering records.
